ARPS Agency Platform Services Agreement (V1)
Notice — Standard Placeholder Version
This is a temporary standard version of the ARPS Agency Platform Services Agreement, provided so an agency can complete onboarding. It will be replaced by the final legal agreement as a new version without changing the onboarding process. This version applies only to Agency onboarding.
1. Parties & Scope
This Agreement is entered into between AR Process Service ("ARPS") and the agency completing onboarding ("Agency"), effective as of the date the Agency electronically accepts this Agreement. It governs the Agency's access to and use of the ARPS platform for managing assignments, servers, service attempts, evidence, returns, billing, payouts, and client communication.
2. Platform Access & Fees
The Agency's use of the platform is subject to the commercial terms established between ARPS and the Agency, including any initial/first payment, platform pricing, and transaction pricing. Access to the platform begins after the Agency's first payment is successfully completed and the Agency's administrator activates the account.
3. Responsibilities
The Agency and its administrator are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for the accuracy of information provided during onboarding and activation.
4. Term & Modification
This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. ARPS may issue a superseding version of this Agreement; continued use after a new version is issued may require re-acceptance. Final legal terms will be provided in a subsequent version.
Acknowledgment
By accepting this Agreement, the Agency acknowledges it has read and agrees to these terms and understands this is a temporary standard version pending final legal terms.
